Spoon mixture into a 7 1/2 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan; drain well on paper towels. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 1 inch slices.Combine tomato sauce, oregano, and marjoram in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place toasted bread slices on serving platter. Top each slice with a meatloaf slice. Spoon 2 tablespoon tomato sauce over each sandwich.
